The Arno is entered by crossing the "The Inferno Valley",
a long gorge that today is occupied by two small artificial basins
together that empty into the "Incisan Straight".
The small valley of Valdorna is divided between the provinces of
Arezzo and Florence.
The Aretina part spreads out to include the furrowed territory of
Ambra, with the great Tuscan river to its left.
